Purpose:

Provide guidance and assistance to Directors of a charitable organization as they embarked on a fundraising drive to finance the development of new leisure facilities for the community.

Outcome:

Reviewed past, current and planned future activities.  Clarified objectives with key board members and staff.   Developed a clear and concise business case to be used when communicating with potential financial donors.   Prepared a document which presented this business case in an impactful way and which was successful in securing financial contributions.
